The National All-American Miss Teen visits the studio

Ashlyn was up at 3am to catch her flight to my Minneapolis studio

The early wake up call was worth it! We got some caffeine in both of us and had so much fun creating in studio. Ashlyn won the title of National All-American Miss Teen last November, so I got to hear all about her adventures this summer during her NAM Summer Tour across the nation.

For images, we knew we wanted to get a few great crown shots, as well as some “aged-up” headshots Ashlyn can use for future competition. Ashlyn has such a natural smile which was fun to capture, and work into smirks and serious looks for her headshots. I love both!

It’s always such a blast to work with titleholders from the iAM Pageant Powerhouse, which consists of both NAM and IJM systems. I’m excited to continue my sponsorship for these amazing national queens next year for the Junior Teen, Teen & Miss titleholders.

NAM/IJM Internationals is fast approaching as I leave this Friday. I’m so excited to see friends from across the nation & work with past and new clients!
